problems with articles

Hello everybody
I have already written this message but I don't know where I have sent it, since I can't see it in the list of the new topics. I hope this it will work.

are the following sentences correct:
I play for Juventus
I play for Juventus football club
I play for the Juventus football club
I play for the football club Juventus
The use of articles is sometimes really difficult for me.

Personally, I prefer it without the definite article:

I play for Juventus Football Club. I left Manchester United Football Club to play for them. :D
