Talking can we write formal and informal letter something like that

<P>Dear Sirs or Madam,</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>Thank you for your letter of 20 May. We are delighted that you and your family had very pleasant when you stayed in our hotel.</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>We are sorry to inform you that a pair of brown trousers, we are unable to find in the wardrobe while you stayed at hotel room. We also looked and cheek room service team. We will inform you if we find it.</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>we look forward to waiting your reservation again.</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>Thank you.</P>
