The customer is not decide whether they will use SGS for inspection the container or not. But I think we should do the best by ourselves instead of thinking what the customer will do. If we are ensure all our procedure is correct, then customer is no excuse charge to us. We need to protect ourselves, so that my idea is sending our QC for the container inspection by once or twice to see whether the factory has followed our instructions or not.
