 Please check for errors: FYI. Buy.com is now required to collect tax on all orders shipped to New York. The rate of tax varies depending on where in New York the product is shipped to. All questions about this law, whether it will remain in effect, and whether or not tax would be refunded in the event it is overturned, should be directed to the State of New York. Buy.com remits all funds collected as tax directly to the State of New York. Refer to the attached file for additional information. |
