Default correct pronunciation of "Chaise" and "Chasis

I heard people pronunce the word "Chaise" in four different ways:

1) sounds like [chei-z]
2) sounds like [shei-z]
3) sounds like [ched-ce]
4) sounds like [shed-ce]

Also,I heard people pronunce the word "Chasis" in two different ways:

1) sounds like [chad-zy]
2) sounds like [shad-zy]

Teachers,can u pls tell me the correct pronunciation of
"Chaise" and "Chasis" ?

/sheiz/ = chaise

/'chæ si/, /'shæ si/, /'chæ səs/ = chassis (note spelling)
