    Cool as follows or as follow

    Hi there! Nice to meet you all. I've come across this word lately written as...
    "The procedures are as follow:".Shouldn't it be like " The procedures are as follows:"
    Another thing is ...the followings are such and such...Am I right?
    Please give your input on this.

    "What follows is an account of ..."
