    Default Please correct my grammar

    Jenny is plan to the inspection on June 16 and supervision the container loading on June 25. But we need to catch the vessel closing on June 23 to fulfill the latest shipment for June 25. Is it possible to arrange the supervision on June 18? Please confirm.

    You can try the following with some marginal change.

    Jenny is planning (to) for the inspection on June 16 and the supervision of the container loading on June 25. But we need to catch the vessel which closes (closing) on June 23 to fulfill the latest shipment for June 25. Is it possible to arrange the supervision on June 18 instead of June 25? Please confirm.
