    Default all-seeing eye + redirect

When you use Wikipedia to search 'all-seeing eye', you will see the following message.

"All-seeing eye" redirects here. For other uses, see All-seeing eye (disambiguation).

    1. Does 'all-seeing eye' mean the eye that can see anything? Is it common usage?

    2. Redirect is a transitive verb. How come there's no object behind it?

    Thanks
