Perhaps: Please place the purchase order to the factory for the shipment, and include Sun Cheong. As per Nancy’s instructions we need to send them the PO as per normal procedure. That is even though their company has shut down. How do you buy something from a company that no longer exists? (As usual, additional context would have been helpful.)
