Default "Me too"

Dear teachers,

Here is John and Linda's talk (conversation).

Linda: Why do you study English?
John: For me, " I want to travel." is number 1.
Linda: Me, too.

Is "Me, too." correct?

Here is John and Linda's conversation.

Linda: Why do you study English?
John: For me, No. 1 is because I want to travel.
Linda: Me too. (omit the comma).

'Me too' is colloquial. To say 'I also' would seem terribly terribly 'correct', like royalty or some Duchess of Somewhere.

Can I say "For me, No. 3 is because it's fun to learn another language."?

Yes, but it's getting a bit pedantic to have one's reasons for something ordered so that you can quote a number 3!
We usually confine ourselves to, 'The No. 1 reason I ....' - after that, it's 'I also like it because/do it because...'

But there first has to be a number 2, which there isn't there. (Context might make that possible, as noted in naroad's post.)

naroad:
You present this as a normal conversation between two people, where one seems to be asking the main reason why another person studies English.
It turns out that you discussing an actual survey where these have been itemised and numbered, and now being discussed.
In that case, then of course, it's No.2, No.3 etc.
