Sentence correction
Hi,
Is it right to say when you are not able to attend any meeting or party
"My sincere apologies for not able to make it up as I am travelling <someplace> for <some purpose>."

I will be travelling is future continuous.will you travelling at the time of function?
If so, your sentence shoul be 'I will be on my travel to London'.If 'you will be in London at that time,'
......as I will be in London/as I am going to London.
