The supplier undertakes to deliver to the purchaser the goods - a drink produced solely for the purchaser according to his specification - recipe (or formula???) - and takes due note of the fact that the purchaser differs in the relevant markets (meaning probably that the purchaser differs from the other market players) and that his strategy is based on specific taste and packaging of the drink.
