Default production start date

We cannot get the schedule from Vivien until today for 9408 pcs CRD617D, could you please provide us with your inspection schedule, as well as the mass production start date. As friendly to remind you that the shipment date is 15 July, and not late ship will be accepted.
Meantime, the other 3000 pcs CRD1137 will be started production on June 26 and finished by 29? Please confirm, so that we can arrange inspection for you

You can't say until today. Use a question mark with "Could you?" sentences. You could say As a friendly reminder. Make more sentences.

Why do you need to say "mass production"? (Instead, prefer production start date.)
