I would also omit the first dash.

They can be used in a sentence to place special emphasis on a phrase:

We are offering our patrons a unique chance - one that is only available to them - to preview our new designs.

Or at the end of the sentence where there is a break in the continuity of the sentence:

You will love our Limited Edition Rolling Diamonds Mickey pendant - only 88 pieces manufactured worldwide.

I usually mix this situation up with the use of commas

And this one I think is used for explanation, near to the first but this is located at the end of the sentence, isn't it?

If you please lead me to an elaborated explanation of the use of dashes?
