This looks very like homework - especially the word "tactics". For the 2nd question, use a dictionary. For the others, start a discussion in another forum - in your own words. We don't do homework, but if you have a go at an answer, people will be happy to correct you

There are numerous sites online (e.g., search Google) that serve as great resources.

Q2) What is the major difference between Literature and English?
The short answer is that English is a "Language". Note, what is the difference between, say, Chinese and Chinese Literature?

Q3) How do you study English? What tactics do you use in doing this?
Since I am a native English speaker, the question isn't applicable to me, but I can tell you how I learn other languages. I listen and use it as much and as often as I can. I rarely read the language because my purpose in learning it is to speak it, not read it or write it academically. Other people's 'tactics' will differ, of course, depending on what their needs are.
