    Are they correct?

    1 Jim married for thirty years.

    2 Jim has married for thirty years.

    3 Jim has been married for thirty years.

    3. is correct.
    In 2. It seems that Jim has been continuously getting married for thirty years.
    In 1. If you put a comma after Jim as in "Jim, married for thirty years has just been divorced." for example, you can make an alternative sentence.

    That is, 1 and 3 are correct. 2 is absolutely false.

    - except in a most unlikely context in which Jim spends thirty years marrying women and disposing of them regularly! (Even then, the more likely way to put it would be 'Jim spent thirty years getting married to a series of N women.')
