| This is just a sentence that i found in English book. i wonder whose name, which is in the sentence, means the name of someone who write a personal check. if not, why is the name of the business on the check??? ( |

| I'm not a teacher. When you write a check to someone (e.g. to pay them for a service) and you want that check cashed by him/her and only by him/her, then you write their name in the check, along with the sum and your signature. At other occasions you just write a bearer check. |
