One more grammar help
In response to the email you sent June 18, we would like to answeryour queries. The details are as follows:
1. First, we apologize for any inconvenience caused for our careless mistake to provide the incorrect lot number to SGS which was make them confused being the inspection on June 18. We had sent our QC for pre-inspection to ensure the quality is no problem before SGS. Our QC had also raised up this problem and teaches the factory how to manager the lot number in the future. However, we had overlooked our QC’s information which was not made the revise booking to SGS.
2. We had request the factory to appointed one colleague whom is in charge to control the lot number in order to make deduct the mistake. The name of the person in charge is Ms. Kim, you may contact with her for your next visit to the factory.
3. Please find the attached daily production report from the factory as per your request. Cloud you please request this from us instead of directly from the factory, they has right not open the details / it to you, as we XXX company is their customer.
We hope this explanation is adequate. Could you please review and release shipment to us to catch the vessel closing on June 28 in order to fulfill June’s shipment. Looking for your promptly reply.
