I was
tired of playing chess.
'Of' indicates the reason for being tired.
'With' is used with some predicates to name an emotion a person is experiencing, e.g. stricken with fear, filled with horror. This emotion is specified in the with-phrase. But I've never run across 'tired' used with 'with'. Maybe because 'tired' is already a feeling.
