What's the meaning of 'would have to do'? Is it a subjunctive? No, it isn't subjunctive it could be a complex modal used in the informal sentence.
The sentence could have been distinguished from the formal mixed conditional sentence what was already explained.

E.g.
Interviewer: ... And who do you admire most in the world?
Suzanne: Oh, well, I'd have to say Martin Luther King, Jr.
