    Default would have to do

    Hi, Teachers.

What's the meaning of 'would have to do'? Is it a subjunctive?

    E.g.
Interviewer: ... And who do you admire most in the world?
Suzanne: Oh, well, I'd have to say Martin Luther King, Jr.

    Thank you in advance.

    Here is a scale, Enydia.

Suzanne: It's Martin Luther King, Jr.

Suzanne: Mmmmm, I'll say Martin Luther King, Jr.

Suzanne: Oh, well, I'd have to say Martin Luther King, Jr.

Suzanne: Oh, well, I'd probably have to say Martin Luther King, Jr.

There are likely other ways to say similar things.

    very useful!

    Thank you, Soup and Riverkid.

I just see another expression, 'will have to do'.

What's its meaning? Can it be put in the above scale?

What's the meaning of 'would have to do'? Is it a subjunctive? No, it isn't subjunctive it could be a complex modal used in the informal sentence.
The sentence could have been distinguished from the formal mixed conditional sentence what was already explained.

    E.g.
Interviewer: ... And who do you admire most in the world?
Suzanne: Oh, well, I'd have to say Martin Luther King, Jr.

    Thank you in advance.

    do main verb
have to first auxiliary (have to, used alone would be a phrasal modal as well)
    would modal

    In addition

If need be you may ask a teacher! (be is a present subjunctive in the sentence, i think.)
I've done this as though I were a teacher. (were is a past subjunctive in this sentence;was instead of were is not possible in this sentence.)

    finally, your new example

I will have to do more learning about these bloody modals.

will modal but works here as an auxilliary denoting the aspect of the main verb (I am going to have to do more learning tomorrow...)
have to phrasal modal denoting the modality
    do main verb (labor)
