If an animal, such as a bear, for example, "bares its fangs" it opens its mouth in a threatening manner. This quote is about an aggressive stock market situation.

    Hi, bhaisahab.

Does "bares its fangs" mean the stock market gives out a warning message (to the public)?

Currently, the US stock market has dropped a lot.

    Thanks
