Dear all

I have created a thread seeking for your help in editing the content of the letter. For some reason, I am unable to "push" the article to the very first page by updating it, and the article is now at several page back which made it hard to draw people's attention.

Here I paste the link of the article in bid to draw viewer' attention and seek for your help

Thank you for your taking the time out of your busy schedule to have an interview with me for the position of manager.

I enjoyed every moment of the interviews, from the aptitude test conducted by Ms. B to the 2nd interview with Mr. A, as well as the opportunity to present my ideas, all of which offered me good experience.

During the interviews, I was very impressed with and held great admiration for your unique leadership-style and your in-dept knowledge of the call centre business. Your willingness to listen to my opinions, and provide me with feedback based on your experience proved that you are people oriented and concerned with staff development. The possibility of under resources (under staff) and the idea of incentive scheme in bid to motivate the staff confirm my understanding of your company.

Above all, the sense of challenge, accountability, and responsibility that this position carries make it a dream career.

I am sorry that my performance fell short of your expectations during the presentation. However, I do admit I could have done a great deal better.

Last but not least, regardless of the outcome of my interview, I appreciate the opportunity given me to attend. It was a really value-added experience.
Many thanks,

I was wondering whether the phrases in bold are appropriate.
What is value-added experience?
