Could anyone please check the following translation:

The international commitments taken in the field of climatic changes have consolidated the importance which has already been given to this field by the policy makers and the public.
The main purpose of this Strategy is to identify the means and possibilities of increasing the energy efficiency for the whole energetic chain, by implementing a number of adequate programs.
