1.1. Don’t worry, everything will be settled.
1.2. Take it easy, everything ill be settled.

2.1. He went in for modeling animals since the age of ten.
2.2. He took to modeling animals since the age of ten.

3.1. May I see you off to the station?
3.2. May I take you to the station?

4.1. I’m very proud of my daughter’s accomplishment.
4.2. I take great pride in my daughter’s accomplishment.

5.1. Will you have tea or coffee?
5.2. Will you take tea or coffee?

6.1. I haven’t the courage to undertake it alone.
6.2. I haven’t the courage to take it up alone.

They all seem fine except for 6.2. I haven’t the courage to take it up alone.
I would say "take it on".
