Everyone - every person. Anyone - any person.

In this sentence, anyone is the correct word as he is not interested in what any person says.

outgrow = to become too big for something, or to lose interest in something as someone grows older and more mature. In this case, the second meaning is intended.

Yeah,you are very right.
In morden China, money is first to the most people( China is not rich ,in fact).
But in my mind ,Lomonosov is an idol and very great and handsome and intelligent and diligent , and he has unimaginable contributions to his motherland( esp. in rhetoric )

Q #1 - Every one else and anyone else are both correct. However, everyone else means that you are referring to a specific group. If you are at your job, and he doesn't care what everyone else thinks, you are only talking about the people at your job. If he doesn't care what anyone else thinks, then you are talking about anyone in the world.
