Default Please correction my grammar

I noted your separate email to Christine on June 27. The inspection schedule is further slip to July 17. Please note that this is not an excuse due to your speaker supplier shun down to cause the delay again. The PO was issued at April. You should have well prepared all the material for production, but not required us to inform our customer to accept your delay. Please catch up by all the effort to follow up with your supplier to delivery the speaker in earliest time to avoid debit your company air freight charge due to your late cause. Please also provide us the schedule for the other two models for HM2345 and HB5678 as all the testing was finished.

Please note that the fact that your supplier of the speakers has/was shut down is no excuse for this delay.

You should have had all the production materials prepared in advance, and not expect us to ask our customer to accept delay.

Please make every effort to obtain the speakers from your suppliers as soon as possible in order to avoid the air freight charge that will otherwise have to be charged to you.

With reference to the supplier of the speakers, was their factory closed for a holiday or some other cause, or has it closed down permanently? It is not clear.
