JRD is on a distinguished road
Post Kindly correct the following sentences

Please note that the above work has been completed on 23.06.08 as scheduled.
Also, note that the wooden top ( item # 6 in the PO) has been cancelled due to non requirement, so please deduct this amount ($000.00) from the final payment.
I asked the supplier to send a revised invoice accordingly.

For once, I can't see any reason to use Present Perfect tense here. There is no preamble about hold-ups or 'finally been completed' to suggest a period of time, so:

Please note that the above work was completed on 23.06.08 as scheduled.
Also, note that the wooden top ( item # 6 in the PO) was cancelled, as being no longer required, so please deduct this amount ($000.00) from the final payment.
I have asked the supplier to send a revised invoice accordingly.
Present Perfect in the last sentence, as you have set a process in motion, of requesting an invoice, and then this invoice has to be sent....(and I have asked him, so I hope he will...)
