Have a look here English grammar lesson - Practice Practise
__________________Note
Whilst many in the US have adopted "practise" as the verb and "practice" as the noun, it is acceptable to use "practice" for both noun and verb in American English.
Ex: I must keep practising/practicing that accent.
(both versions acceptable in American English)
Hi Istana
Selamat datang, welcome to the forum.
"Practise" is the verb; while "practice" is the noun. Malaysian English is based on British English so you should not follow American spelling especially for school work.
Someone suggested one way to remember the difference - try to relate "practiSING" to "SINGing", so you can't have "practiCing".
Also, practise/practice is just one example of the s/c difference. Other examples, "advise" is the verb, whereas "advice" is the noun. The same goes for "license" and "licence".
""Practise" is the verb; while "practice" is the noun."
This is the case in British English.![]()
