Default please correct my grammar

8787 pcs HB362 were shipped on July 06 after Kinki has supervised the container loading even we did not receive you amendment to extend the latest shipment date of the letter of credit. As we are worked with you since serval years and trust you will accept our discrepancy for this late shipment. Please confirm you will process the payment to us without late. Thanks
