Or plese give your better one:

(1) the guy is nice in every aspect except hitting girls around

(2) He is pretty a good guy except philandering around.

He's a nice guy apart from his philandering.

PS- To me, 'hitting girls around' suggests violence, not philandering- I don't know whether it's an American usage.

I believe the "nice guy" keeps hitting on the girls.
