I'd like to ask about the meaning of "altitudes" in the following passage:

But don't get impatient for rewards or too hungry for praise. If you are short of cash and wish to moonlight, do let your company know about it - otherwise it could be misunderstood. You might be jeopardizing your chances of advancement in your career. Remember that productivity is only one aspect of perceived work performance. Altitudes are also very significant.

Does "altitudes" mean here persons with high rank/position in the company, i.e. the management?

Does "altitudes" mean here persons with high rank/position in the company, i.e. the management?

I am pretty sure it should be 'attitudes', not "altitudes".
