Default Grammar Use

Dear Sirs,

I have a problem in repetition of the word AS. Instead of AS in this particular case I have used the word TIME. Could you confirm to me that even if unusual it can be used in the below paragraph.

Thanking you in advance for your great help,

As we cannot get this information from A...... confirmed by a bank document can we intimate the Bank to give an immediate reply over this matter as I believe it is our right to have a reply directly from the Bank, TIME B..... has breached the court order, if no reply then can we ask a Court order over this disclosure.
