Please, what is it understood by a "seen-it-all" boss?

Thank you

To have experienced pretty much everything that comes with the job; e.g., employee excuses, customer complaints, and so on.

Thank You very much for yout attention, but is there a word that connotes this meaning, please? Would it work something like "experienced", "vet" or the like?

Grateful.

You could say somebody is experienced, but that wouldn't mean the same thing as seen it all.

Could we say of a "seen-it-all" boss a "worn-experienced boss"? Is not there a word that could summarise this complex meaning?
