Default is this sentence correct?

There is a new RTV cargo return of 46th lot for 4500 pcs xxx, please prepare your China customs document in advance, the estimate arrived date is Aug 20, 2008.

"China" is not an adjective. "Chinese" is an adjective. On the other hand, I found this:

If you were to search further, you'll find that there is also China Immigration, China Police,etc.

The adjective rule doesn't apply to names I guess.

I think the key is that those are proper names, and an organization can give itself any name it chooses to.

Usually (with countries) you will see such things as:
the French Foreign Legion
the British Secret Service
the Turkish Consulate

RB - why 'would' and not 'will'?

The verb governs the choice of would or will. If you say "If you search further" then say "you will find that...." But "If you were to search further" creates a conditional, thus "you would find that...."
