We agree to accept the cargoes.

'Ship them back' implies the cargoes have been shipped out before. Is that the case?

Ut us probably better to be more specific. Also, you can ask for something back only if you have had it in your possession before. Try:

We agree to accept the _________. Please ship it to us, but use a slow shipping service (all water).
