Default Use of English with reference to official personal application

respected Sir/ madam

i shall feel much obliged if you kindly advice me about the acceptability of the block type format in the coposition of the official personal application ( leave of absence ) etc.Block type format means starting all paragrapfs from yhe extreme left hand margin of the paper.
Here we are insisted to use only the indented style.
Your kind advice is highly solicited.
with kind regards.

Yours faithfully

Sakti pada chakraborty.

Plus, if it's the one you are required to use, why not use it?
