Post Informing customer about two items

Sir/Madam,

Please help me to inform my customer who is looing for two items which are corrently missing ( misplaced) from our collection. THANKS

Dear, Mike

Earlier you were looking for two items "X" an "Z" which were missing from collection. We did a details search for the missing items, but they are still not found. If you wish you can order for these items through our customer service department. please contact customer service department at ext. 3100 for details information regarding this.

I meant to say in line 3 we can get it from another store.
