After checking with the shipping file, there is some invoice amount is not match with our computer system; some invoice is missing and some inspection results are not complete, please double check and correct them, then return to me before July 16.
When checking the invoices against the shippers, they do not match. There is one shipment that does not have a corresponding invoice. Please double-check this situation and advise me before July 16.
