    Default study and learn

    Could anyone show me the difference between "study" and "learn" ?
    Eg: "learn English" and "study math"

    they are pretty much same.

    "study" is used more in a school enviroment (although we do use the word "self-study"), whereas "learn" is much a general expression for meaking yourself knowledgeable...
