I would like to inform you that my sister Ms. _______ is flying to Delhi from Bangalore in Indigo Airlines flight no. 6E102 on 15.07.2008, could manage to report Bangalore airport at 10.03 a.m., hence, is not able to take up the flight which is scheduled to depart at 10.10 a.m. from Bangalore Airport. (Scanned ticket is attached – PNR No. IS6UBA)

Further we have booked in Indigo flight No. 6E122 for Bangalore-Delhi on the same day evening flight.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and would request you to reimburse the amount of Rs. 5275/- or an alternate way of recovering the flight charges.

I would like to inform you that my sister, Ms. _______ has bought the ticket for the Indigo airlines flight 6E105 from Bangalore to Delhi at 10.10am on 15.7.2008. Due to her tight schedule which she could not forsee at the time she purchased the ticket, she will only arrive at Bangalore airport at 10.03 am. Hence, she will not be able to make it for the 10.10 am flight.

The scanned ticket is attached : PNR No. IS6UBA for your reference.

We have (she has?) now booked(just booked or bought?) a ticket for same flight in the evening, flight No.64122.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We wish to request for the ticket for the morning flight to be cancelled and the payment of Rs 5275/- be refunded to her in cash or other means.

No, the return flight wasn't mentioned.
The ticket bought for the outbound flight in the morning is to be cancelled and the refund sought. Another ticket was bought for the evening flight.

mr. tedtmc is right. i have not mentioned about the return journey. it is only a onward and missed out in morning flight & ticket rebooked in the evening flight.
