    Default "was carried on in"

    Is it correct sentence, can I use "was carried on in" here?

    All the course of education was carried on in the Russian language.

    This part in the Russian language is good, but the rest needs to be reworded:

    All the education courses
    were
    carried out

    Is "all the course of education" the incorrect phrase?

    It meant the course of study at university.
