Is "now a days" = nowadays ?
If so I had no idea the word nowadays could be in use in such situations.
With whom of our classmates r u in touch in recent years?
Too much of plastics is in use nowadays.

Actually the correct way of expressing now a days is: now-a-days. But it can be a single word - 'nowadays'
Since this a adverbial expression of time, its placement at the end is appropriate.
