Sentence :What the major obstacle you've had to over-come?

If it is right ,then

What does it mean : i have to overcome or already overcame recently.

WHAT'S THE MAJOR OBSTACLE THAT YOU HAVE TO OVERCOME?

I have to overcome...You have not overcome your obstacle yet. It's about the present.

I overcame...is something that you already accomplished
