Default am I any, is it of any and so on...

Hello mates. Could you give me some help on how to make sentence with the use of any, like (not sure if they're right):

Is my work doing any good?
    Am I of any help?
    Am I any helpful?
    Are we any late?
    Is that any healthy eating?

Could you tell me the correct path to build this kind of question?

    Thanks.

Am I of any help?- If you want to help, 'Can I be of any help?' would be better, though 'Can I help' would be enough.

Am I any helpful? (See above- this one doesn't work)

Are we any late? - Are we at all late? If you want to use 'any', you could say 'Are we in any way late?'

Is that any healthy eating?- If your friend is eating badly, you could ask 'Is that any sort of healthy diet?'

I'm asking if I have been helpful. Take this sentence: I don't know what I've been doing here. I try hard to do something useful for us, but sometimes I ask myself "am I of any help?".

    Is this sentence totally wrong?
    Thanks.
