Can I say this : just i am thinking to call u, but u called me

Say 'I was just thinking of calling you.'
You don't need to tell him that he called you; he knows that.

Use capital letters when needed and a period or a question mark at the end of a sentence. Don't use email English like "u".
If you are lazy with your English, some of us will not be inclined to help you!
