    Hi there,

If I have to go somewhere, but first I want to know if they are at home or not, can I say "You home?" or do I have to say completely "Are you home?"

    Two more questions:

    1. Should it be "home" or "at home"?

    2. Is there really a need of the adverb "right now" at the end or without it means the same as with it?

Very very colloquially in spoken language you can say "You home?", the context and intonation indicating that you are asking "Are you at home?". You can add "right now", but it is not really vital or essential.

What about "Are you home?" and "I'm home" - is it also very very colloqual?
