Example: mooflaw (made up word)
I'll be mooflawing this weekend with John in Aspen.
Did you see how he mooflawed that hill?
Had I mooflawed like that when I was his age, I would have went pro.
Learn a full sentence containing the word, preferably using a strange association, or something funny => you will better remember it.
Write it down in a notebook and run through it very often, like everyday or so. Then try to use the word in an essay, or a conversation, or in the forums etc.
With this method I remember some sentences I learned 8 years ago.
