Apparently, there is no similar expression in English. But it does give me an excuse for a rhyme:
"Finish with a gold key"
Doesn't ring a bell for me.
I am sure that there are many idioms common to Portuguese and English, but this isn't one of them. And that is the last word on this one because we are finished.
