Default click back = pop up

    Dear teachers,

Would you be kind enough to tell me whether I may use the following sentence in my conversation?

“The name I had forgotten clicked back in my mind.”

click back = sprout, pop up

You know the common expression: If you forgot your username click “I forgot my username” on the Sign In page,..

    Thank you for your efforts.

    Regards

    V.

I have never heard of this expression but fair enough.
Grammatically correct its "i had forgot to click back username"
