We are sorry to advise you that, due to there are too much damage of the spring, the factory is requested for the replacement from their supplier. However, it is need to take 10 working days for reworking (5 days from their supplier to work out the new spring to them, then they need for 5 more working days to rework). Therefore, we would like to request a shipment extension from 04 August to 18 August; the vessel schedule is show as below. Would you please confirm your acceptance? Looking for you prompt reply.
